It’s come to my attention, after creating a fake banner (above) for the Chinese cheese industry, that most Chinese folks don’t know the sweet taste of this udder-ly delicious treat. Thanks to bovine malnutrition, tofu, and massive apathy, our Far Eastern cousins have little access to decent cheese, and that’s why it’s never found in their cuisine. Have you ever grated cheese on your fried rice? Hell naw. But apparently, there’s a huge, untapped market, and if half of Wisconsin moved to China to sell milk & cheese properly, they’d become billionaires overnight.
