If you want ridiculously good Italian food for cheap, then Basta Pasta is the besta option. Their paninis, pastas, and pizzas are good enough to be on any North End menu, and apparently, the hand-rolled fusilli is the pinnacle of freshness (will try that next time).
We rocked the cheese ravioli and chicken cacciatore. The ravioli was made right in front of our eyes and the chef made the chicken catch taste like paradise, natch. We ate every last bite. Nothing on the menu above 11 bucks, which is about as good a bargain as you can find.
