Clearly so.. Plus the shoes are a dead give away.. The malaysians are known to be impressed with Dutch culture and as such their police wear the traditional wooden shoes.

It’s actually………
South Korean Falun Gong practitioners display torture methods they claim Chinese authorities use against the members of the spiritual group in China, during a protest in central Seoul May 30, 2005. China’s leaders outlawed the group after 10,000 of its members surrounded the Communist Party’s sacrosanct leadership compound in Beijing in 1999 in a peaceful protest, shocking Party leaders.
Malaysia was the only southern Asian country I could think of that starts with M, thus completing the alliterary joke.
This is not Malaysia, most probably Thailand or Indonesia…or somewhere else..as Malaysia police uniform is dark blue.
