In MTV’s show, Pimp My Ride, some idiot/actors get keys to ridiculous cars, which they’re clearly never going to drive in public, despite previously owning the biggest POS’s ever.
The pimped rides are often sold back to Xzibit or traded to MTV for cash due to the fact that they’re not even remotely capable of passing any inspection tests.
This 1977 Chevy SUV was given to the Ronald McDonald Foundation.
The vehicle become property of a 7-year-old boy with a brain tumor who couldn’t drive, who crashed it within 4 minutes of being on Interstate 10 and died.
Tragic.
The man who was given this car was so upset at how ugly his ride had become set fire to it on the MTV backlot… while he was in it.
Two firefighters also died in the inferno.
Ten days after taking this car home, the guy pictured was attacked by a local gang.
During the attack, the boy was stabbed 37 times and shat on allegedly for “frontin wit dat boolshit”.
He’s been comatose for over 6 months now.
This car was given back to MTV for $5000 cash and then, in turn, sold to hip-hop mogul, Russell Simmons, for $60,000.
When Simmons later appraised the vehicle, its value was listed as $1,450. Simmons then had five MTV employees executed and Xzibit was last seen being dumped into the car’s trunk.
