i bet it’d be somewhat catastrophic if the government actually let the different state quarters have different prices. resulting in 50 different “national” currencies i suppose. but they wouldnt be changing laws or much else about the federal government, just there was no national dollar. so states like rhode island don’t have to pay literally, in cash, or figuratively, in terms of what a dollar buys. if it comes to that in say, 5 years, or 5000 years, i wonder what will trigger it.
also, charlize theron on inside the actor’s studio is discouragingly hot.
