a cop took this pic (note reflection), and apparently the woman was from new hampshire and thought that the goat should have a chance to see boston. word up.

hopefully she didn’t just take him to that pizzeria uno behind them. he’ll never want to come back
This story’s kind of a let down after that Vermonter who lived with dozens of goats in his own house!

Actually the Police Officer was initially concerned that the woman thought that just since gay marriages were legal here, goat marriage must also be legal.. well the officer kindly directed her to the easiest way to Rt 91 to Vermont and she was on her merry way with the goat…

Force of habit, all ranks are capitalized in memos and whatnot. Although that may not actually have been the correct rank of the PO taking the picture.
