as part of a disturbing trend that began the day Dubya took office, another government employee publicly declares that God and/or Jeebus are scheming behind a desk somewhere and puppeteering the will of the United States.
what’s even more disturbing about this one, though, is this guy’s a high-ranking military schlub, who is on the verge of naming this Iraqi campaign a holy war. on the flipside of this, however, he did make these comments in Alabama, which means two things:
1. his intent was probably just to cheaply motivate some simple Alabamians through patronization, which they never catch on to.
AND
2. since Alabama is an informational blackhole, as long as no sources outside of Alabama ever report on this story, the non-Christian-God-fearing world will never find out. solid.
Well now that the Army has admitted that, can we finally get Jeebus to testify before the 911 commission on what he knew before the attacks and what he told the army as well as when he knew that we were going into Iraq… I am sure that Dick Cheney will dismiss him, in the same manner as with Dick Clarke, by saying “Jeebus was out of the loop” and then only later be refuted by Condi Rice testifying how much insight and knowledge Jeebus had on terrorism…

as long as i get to see live, streaming video of Jeebus riding into the Commission’s chambers on a lion with BBQ sauce stains on his robe, turn a 400 page report into a raven, and call Bob Kerrey a “saucy monkey”, i’ll be satisfied.

an interesting book that suggests it has a diet that is both what Jesus would eat and is designed to help you live longer, ……..very interesting considering that jesus died at age 32 or so…
